What is Homeschool Library Builder?

Homeschool Library Builder is co-owned by two veteran homeschool families dedicated to Christ-centered education. Our desire is to help homeschool families affordably collect books for their literary-based educational needs. We stock both new and used books found in popular literature-based homeschool curricula, as well as select titles to supplement your unit studies. Whether you're looking for educational or leisure, inspirational or reference, self-help, activity, or classic reading, we are committed to providing wholesome materials that will enrich the entire family.

Homeschool Library Builder is an online resource for new and gently used books at reasonable prices.  They offer books from many of the most popular literature-based curricula such as Five in a Row, Ambleside, Tapestry of Grace, Heart of Dakota, Beautiful Feet, and my favorite, Sonlight.  And the prices really are affordable. They really want to help you build your homeschool library.

The website is so easy to navigate.  You can search by age, curriculum, season, geographically.  There are sections for classics, hard-to-find and vintage books, fiction, non-fiction, and more.  The books are even rated by condition so that you know exactly what you are getting.

If you become a member, which is free, they offer even more services:

    *Monthly newsletters with information about monthly specials, free shipping, promos, and featured products.
    *A book rewards program that allows you to earn points toward free books.
    *Book Search Services.  If you can't find a book they will help you locate it.  For free.
    *HSLB Marketplace.  If you'd like to advertise your small business, create products, or online service then you can promote on their market place.  For free.  (Assuming your product or service meets their criteria.)
    *Helping Hand.  Sales from the Helping Hand section go the direct support of HSLB's Compassion child.  Awesome.

This is one service that is certainly worth checking out.  The amount of books they offer is staggering.  There is certainly something for everyone.  And at a great price.  Especially with the 25% discount that they are offering for the month of May.
