Closing scheduled for 2 p.m. on the dot. Except that the under writers apparently don't have to stick to the schedule. The paper work showed up one hour and 47 minutes late. But we finally made it in to start signing.

Now that the papers are signed, the bank-imposed spending freeze was over. Time to shop for the new house!

ReplyDeleteA new house with lots of possibilities! And I hear you on handing the money over. We just got a new (to us) car after saving up and even though that's what we were saving for and I love my car, I DID NOT want to hand that check over. All the sudden my 20 year old beater car didn't seem so bad!
